Hanbury Women’s Institute (WI)

Hanbury WI is one of the oldest in the country and was established in 1917 with Lady Vernon of Hanbury Hall as President, something we are very proud of. Hanbury WI falls within the Worcestershire Federation of WI’s. The WI is a national organisation with institutes all over the country.

Our current President is Mandy Cook and she can be contacted on 01527 821481.

Hanbury WI meets once a month, the second Thursday at 7.30pm at Hanbury Village Hall. We usually start with a short update on WI activities and then either have a speaker or an activity which is the main part of the meeting. At the end of the meeting there are refreshments and a raffle.
